List of Ingredients
1/4 cup beet juice (drained from can of sliced beets)
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar (or even a little more)
1 T. cornstarch
salt and pepper
1 T.margarine or butter
1 can sliced beets.
Recipe
Mix all together except beets and heat until sauce is thickened
Add in beets and another dollop of butter on top before serving.
