    List of Ingredients

6 ounces boneless beef sirloin steak
    1 teaspoon olive oil
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
    2 cups water
    1 14-ounce can beef broth
1 14-1/2-ounce can low-sodium tomatoes, undrained and cut up
    1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
    1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1 ounce dried wide noodles (about 3/4 cup)
    2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 cup fat-free dairy sour cream

    Recipe

    1. Trim fat from beef. Cut beef into 1/2-inch cubes. In a large saucepan heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in hot oil over medium-high heat about 6 minutes or until beef is browned. Add onion wedges; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until tender.
    2. Stir in the water, beef broth, undrained tomatoes, carrot, cocoa powder, and garlic. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer about 15 minutes or until beef is tender. Stir in the cabbage, noodles, and paprika. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes more or until noodles are tender but firm. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream until combined. Makes four 1-1/2-cup servings.
