    THIS IS A SIMPLE BUT TASTY RECIPE FOR MANICOTTI.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 PKG. RICOTTA CHEESE
    • 1 (8 OUNCE) PKG MOZZARELLA CHEESE
    • 1 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • 1 TEASPOON PARSLEY FLAKES
    • 1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1 QUART SPAGHETTI SAUCE
    • 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
    • 2 PKGS. MANICOTTI SHELLS
    • 2 EGGS


    Instructions


    1. PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
    2. MIX RICOTTA, MOZZARELLA AND PARMESAN CHEESES TOGETHER
    3. ADD SALT, PEPPER AND EGGS TOGETHER
    4. BOIL SHELLS 4 AT A TIME FOR 6 MINUTES
    5. REMOVE FROM WATER AND STUFF WITH CHEESE MIXTURE.
    6. BROWN GROUND BEEF; DRAIN
    7. ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE
    8. COVER BOTTOM OF BAKING DISH WITH SAUCE
    9. PLACE SHELLS IN SAUCE
    10. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
    11. TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE

    YOU CAN ALSO TOP WITH MORE SPAGHETTI SAUCE IF DESIRED.
