THIS IS A SIMPLE BUT TASTY RECIPE FOR MANICOTTI.
List of Ingredients
- 1 PKG. RICOTTA CHEESE
- 1 (8 OUNCE) PKG MOZZARELLA CHEESE
- 1 TEASPOON PEPPER
- 1 TEASPOON PARSLEY FLAKES
- 1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1 QUART SPAGHETTI SAUCE
- 1 POUND GROUND BEEF
- 2 PKGS. MANICOTTI SHELLS
- 2 EGGS
Instructions
- PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
- MIX RICOTTA, MOZZARELLA AND PARMESAN CHEESES TOGETHER
- ADD SALT, PEPPER AND EGGS TOGETHER
- BOIL SHELLS 4 AT A TIME FOR 6 MINUTES
- REMOVE FROM WATER AND STUFF WITH CHEESE MIXTURE.
- BROWN GROUND BEEF; DRAIN
- ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE
- COVER BOTTOM OF BAKING DISH WITH SAUCE
- PLACE SHELLS IN SAUCE
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
- TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE
