List of Ingredients
- 24 OUNCE PKG. SHREDDED, FROZEN HASH BROWNS
- 2 CUPS CHEDDER CHEESE, SHREDDED
- 2 CUPS THIN SLICED HAM
- GREEN PEPPER, DICED
- ONION, DICED
- 4 EGGS
- 2 CUPS SKIM MILK
- SALT AND PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
Instructions
- PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES
- GREASE 9X13 INCH GLASS BAKING DISH
- PLACE FROZEN HASH BROWNS IN DISH
- POUR 1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED OVER HASH BROWNS
- BAKE 1/2 HOUR
- REMOVE QUICHE FROM OVEN AND LOWER OVEN TEMP. TO 350 DEGREES
- BEAT EGGS WITH SKIM MILK AND SALT AND PEPPER
- POUR EGG AND MILK MIXTURE OVER CHEESE
- RETURN TO OVEN FOR 1/2 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES
Final Comments
MAY BE TOPPED WITH SLICED TOMATOES IF DESIRED.
