    HAVEN'T TRIED THIS ONE YET, BUT SURE SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.


    List of Ingredients


    • 24 OUNCE PKG. SHREDDED, FROZEN HASH BROWNS
    • 2 CUPS CHEDDER CHEESE, SHREDDED
    • 2 CUPS THIN SLICED HAM
    • GREEN PEPPER, DICED
    • ONION, DICED
    • 4 EGGS
    • 2 CUPS SKIM MILK
    • SALT AND PEPPER
    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER


    Instructions


    1. PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES
    2. GREASE 9X13 INCH GLASS BAKING DISH
    3. PLACE FROZEN HASH BROWNS IN DISH
    4. POUR 1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED OVER HASH BROWNS
    5. BAKE 1/2 HOUR
    6. REMOVE QUICHE FROM OVEN AND LOWER OVEN TEMP. TO 350 DEGREES
    7. BEAT EGGS WITH SKIM MILK AND SALT AND PEPPER
    8. POUR EGG AND MILK MIXTURE OVER CHEESE
    9. RETURN TO OVEN FOR 1/2 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES


    Final Comments


    MAY BE TOPPED WITH SLICED TOMATOES IF DESIRED.
