    Pumpkin Bread Roll

    List of Ingredients




    * 3 Eggs
    * 1 Cup Flour
    * 2/3 Cup Pumpkin
    * 3/4 Cup Sugar
    * 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    * 1 tsp baking soda
    * chopped walnuts optional

    * 8oz Cream Cheese
    * 1 Cup 10x Sugar
    * 1 TBS butter
    * 1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Bake 350
    Spray baking sheet with Pam.

    Mix all together and spread over rimmed cookie sheet/jelly roll pan (about 11x15). Sprinkle chopped nuts if desired over batter. Bake 15 minutes (check at 10 minutes).

    After baking, place on a tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up and let cool off.

    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla all together. Mix well.

    After pumpkin roll is cool, unroll it and spread the cream cheese mixture on the pumpkin roll. Then roll the pumpkin bread roll again. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
