This recipe is from my dear Mother-in-law. A stew that is quick and filling. This is great with fresh italian bread. The amounts of ingredients can be varied.
List of Ingredients
Italian sausage
onions and peppers
1 can of stewed or crushed tomatoes
potatoes cut into quarters
crushed garlic
balck pepper
parsleyRecipe
In large fry pan or dutch oven brown sausage. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil and turn down to a simmer and cover until potatoes are done.
