Italian Meat Balls

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, remove cassings
- 1/2 lb. medium ground chuck (hamburger)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients
- Form into small balls (ping pong size)
- Place in a 325 degree oven, cook until brown, about 20 minutes
- Turn balls after 10 minutes
Final Comments
Makes about 25 meat balls
Use in sauce, on pasta or sandwiches
