Beef Stew (Amish)
List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stewing beef
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 3 medium size onions, chopped
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 2 stocks of celery, chopped
- 28 oz. canned tomatoes with juice
- 5 tbs. minute tapioca
- 2 tbs. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Allspice, Majoram and Tyme
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a crockpot, cook on low for 8 hours
- Serve with biscuits and garnish with parsley
