Homemade Chicken Stew

1 cup milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 pounds chicken (any cheap cut)
3/4 pound mushrooms
2 cups pearl onions
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 large carrots, coarsely chopped
2 1/4 cups frozen green peas, thawed
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tps. dried marjoram
1 tsp. dried rosemary
2 tbs. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Recipe
In a small bowl stir together milk and flour until smooth.
Place chicken, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, carrots,and peas in slow cooker.
Pour in milk mixture and broth.
Add salt, pepper, marjoram, rosemary, parsley and cayenne pepper.
Cook on low 6 hours.
