List of Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork any cut (I prefer loin)
- 1/4 tsp. minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Trim any fat off meat
- Place in crockpot
- In a small bowl mix all the ingredience and pour over meat
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
