Creamy Scrambled Eggs
List of Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a small pan over medium heat melt 1 tbs. butter
- Stir in 1 tbs. flour and cook until bubbly
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream
- Return to heat and cook until bubbly and smooth, set a side
- In a large bowl, beat eggs together, add salt and pepper
- In a wide frying pan over medium-low heat, melt 1 tbs. butter, pour in eggs and cook, lifting cooked portion to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath, until eggs are softly set
- Remove from heat and gently stir in sour cream mixture
- Turn eggs into a serving dish and garnish with parsley

These eggs stay creamy and warm for as long as an hour on an electric tray
