Eggs Benedict
List of Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 lb. sliced ham
- 3 english muffins
- Hollandaise sauce (see sauce category)
Instructions
- Poach eggs
- In a frying pan heat ham
- Toast muffin halves and reheat Hollandaise sauce
- Place 1 muffin half on a plate, cover with a slice of ham
- Lift egg from water, drain well, place on ham slice
- Spoon about 3 tbs. of Hollandaise sauce over each egg
