Shrimp & Scallop Chowder

List of Ingredients
1 tbps olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cups of chicken broth
1 medium zucchini slcied (optional)
1/4 cup chopped parsleyRecipe
In a large saucepan sauté oinion carrots and celery in oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes
Add tomatoes, broth, zucchini and parsley bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Add shrimp and scallops, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes until shrimp turn pink ans scallops turn opaque
