Shrimp & Scallop Stir-Fry

2 tbsp. margarine
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground white pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. lemon juice
340 g shrimp & scallop medleyRecipe
Melt margarine in large skillet at medium high
Add thawed shrimp & scallops
Saute for 2 minutes
Add garlic, salt, pepper and parsley
Cook for 1 minute more
Stir in lemon juice
Serve over rice or pasta
