    Pineapple Banana


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 fresh pineapple or canned
    • 1 large banana
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 tbs. sugar
    • 1 cup pineapple juice
    • 2 tbs. lime juice


    Instructions


    1. Heat water, add sugar and dissolve
    2. Peel pineapple and cut into chunks (remove core)
    3. Peel and cut banana into chunks
    4. In a blender add juice, banana, pineapple and puree
    5. Add 2 tbs. lime juice and blend again
    6. Add water, sugar and blend again
    7. Pour in a large bowl and place in the freezer, every 15 minutes take out and wisk to make fluffy and put back in freezer (do several times till frozen)
    8. Serve over pineapple slices
