List of Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken
- 1 tsp. five spice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- Honey glazing sauce
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients well
- Rub chicken in, out and under the skin with mixture
- Rub chicken all over with soy sauce
- Put chicken on a vertical rack
- Roast for 40 minutes in a 325 degree oven
- Take out and glaze with honey glaze sauce
- Put back in oven and braise for 10 minutes
- Cut chicken into pieces on the rack
