Chinese Macaroni

List of Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, sliced chinese style
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced chinese style
- 1 large onion, sliced chinese style
- 1 1/4 cup cooked and cooled macaroni elbows
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef strips or hamburger
- 4 cups (1/2 lb.) of been sprouts
- 1tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp. Soya sauce (dark is best)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet brown hamburger, drain off juices and SET ASIDE
- In same skillet add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute
- Add celery, onions and green pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add meat, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, mix well and cook for 2 minutes
- Add mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes
- Add cooked macaroni and mix thouroughly
- Add 4 tbsp. soya and mix well to coat
- Add bean sprouts and cook for another 3-4 minutes
- Mix thouroughly and serve hot
