Healthy Chicken Stir Fry

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breats
- 2 tbs. oil
- 8 cups thinly sliced vegetable such as green bell peppers, onions, carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli and green beans
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1 tbs. corn starch
- 1 tbs. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Stir sauce ingredients and let stand for at least 15 minutes
- Slice chicken into 1/4 inch strips
- Cut into bit sizes
- Stir fry chicken over medium-high heat till nearly golden brown
- Add vegetables and stir to mix well
- Stir sauce and add to stir fry
- Cook for about 5-8 minutes
Final Comments
Serve over steamed rice
