    Tempura Batter (light & crisp)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg, seperated
    • 1/2 cup rice flour
    • 2 tbs. corn starch
    • 1/2 cup cold water


    Instructions


    1. Blend the egg yolk, rice flour, corn starch and water
    2. Beat egg white until firm and fold into mixture
    3. Coat vegetables with batter and fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown
