Teriyaki Stir Fry

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. strip beef
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp. cold water
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 8 oz. water chestnuts
- 2 tbsp. oil
Instructions
- Marinade meat in 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes
- Remove beef and reserve the marinade
- In a wok stir fry beef in oil, remove and set aside
- Add vegetables to wok and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
- Blend cornstarch and water and stir into marinade
- Add marinade and been sprouts to wok and stir well
- Add water chestnuts and beef to wok
- Stir fry for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens
