List of Ingredients
- 5 tbs. hot sauce (Louisiana is the best)
- 1/4 cup of margarine (not butter)
- 1 tbs. white vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. tobasco sauce
- Dash pepper
Instructions
- Seperate wings into wingettes
- Deep fry wings at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes
- Drain wings for a few minutes and put in a bowl with a lid
- Pour sauce over wings and shake completely to coat wings
- They can be eaten now or bake on a cookie sheet for a few minutes to get an extra crispy coating
- Serve with carrot and celery stick, Blue Cheese dressing and a cold beer
Final Comments
Prepare sauce in same order as the ingredients are listed in a small sauce pan and allow to simmer for at least 15 minutes
