- MARINADE:
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- SAUCE:
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. white cooking wine
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 shallots, chopped diagonally
- BALANCE OF INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 tsp. chili pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 2 lb. chicken wings
Instructions
- Marinade chicken for at least 3/4 hour
- Heat oil in wok
- Add ginger and chilli peppers flakes
- Brown chicken wings
- Add sauce
- Cover and braise on low heat for about 20 minutes
