Teriyaki Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger (1/2 tsp. ground)
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/4 cup of salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 shallots (including tops) thin diagonal slices
Instructions
- Place chicken in a plastic bag
- Combine soya, honey, ginger, sherry, oil, garlic, onions and pour over chicken in the plastic bag
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, turning occasionally
- Pour off and discard marinade
- Place chicken, skin side up on a rack in a roasting pan
- Bake uncouvered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour
