Turkey Meat Stuffing

List of Ingredients
- 2 large onions (2 cups), chopped
- 2 celery stalks (2 cups), chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 6 lbs. of potatoes
- 1/2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp. sage
- 3 tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tbs. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Instructions
- Boil potatoes, mash and let cool
- Sautee onions, celery and green peppers
- Add ground beef, ground pork and cook until brown
- Add sage, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and stir well
- Add cooled mashed potatoes to meat and mix very well
- Add water as needed to make consistancy mushy
Final Comments
Let stand for about 30 minutes before stuffing turkey
