Italian Potatoe Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 meduim potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped finely
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into cubes and cook lightly in salted water
- Drain, allow to cool and put in a large serving bowl
- Mix onions, seasoning, vinegar and oil very well
- Pour over potatoes and toss lightly
