List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 2 tbsp. slat
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. brown boquet sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 tsp. basil
- 1 can (28oz,) diced tomatoes with juice
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, cook and stir meat until golden brown
- Drain off fat
- Cook and stir onions with eat until golden brown, about 5 minutes
- Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boil
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
