Lamb Stew Italian Style
List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. cubed lamb
- Flour
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbs. Rosemary, chopped
- 3 anchove fillets (optional)
- 2 cups canned tomatoes, crushed and use juice
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan
- Flour lamb and fry until golden brown
- In a bowl mix vinegar, garlic, Rosemary, anchoves and pour over lamb
- Add tomatoes and broth, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 1 1/2 hours
