Cabage Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 4 onions, diced
- 4 celery stocks, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- Medium cabbage
- 8 oz. rice (Minute rice is ok)
- 28 oz. tomatoe juice
- 1 1/4 lb. ground pork
- 1 tsp. garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Over medium heat fry onions
- Add celery and green pepper,stir
- Add ground pork and garlic salt to pan, season with salt and pepper
- Boil water for cabbage, take core out of cabbage then turn up and down for about 3 minutes on one side and 3 miuntes on other side
- Reduce heat to low-medium till cooked and remove excess fat
- Add rice and about 6 oz. of tomatoe juice and stir well
- Cover bottom of roasting pan with tomatoe juice
- Add cabbage rolls then pour balance of tomatoe juice over the cabbage rolls and add water to cover roll, do not allow rolls to float
- Cook in a 325 degree oven covered for about 2 hours.
