List of Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tbps. garlic
- 2 tbsp. black beans
- 3/4 tsp. red chili flakes
- 3/4 lb. cauliflower florets
- 1/2 lb. sliced carrots
- 1 lb. zucchini sliced
- 1 portion of corn starch
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 1/2 tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Instructions
- In a hot woke stir fry black beans, garlic, ginger and chilli flakes
- Add cooked cauliflower and sliced carrots
- Add sauce and once it starts to simmer add 1 portion of corn starch and stir lightly, serve
