    This is a great looking hors'doeurve. Actually looks like a lollipop and tastes even better

    List of Ingredients




    24 pieces
    1 english cukes
    1/4 cups cream cheese
    24 lollipop sticks
    1 bunch fresh dill chopped

    Recipe



    Cut cukes into ½ inch cubes no seeds
    Season cream cheese and spread thinly onto cucumbers
    Cut salmon into ½ inch strips and wrap around to form a ball by rolling in saran wrap. Place on parchment and freeze.
    When serving roll in fresh dill
