    BUTTERCREAM ICING

    The perfect buttercream icing.

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb Icing Sugar
    1/ 1/2 oz milk powder
    1/4 oz salt
    1/4 cup hot water
    2 drops butter flavour
    2 drops of vanilla

    5 1/2 oz shortening

    Recipe

    Mix together the first four ingredients on low speed..Add a couple of drops each of vanilla flavour and butter flavour

    Add shortening while mixing on high with the whip attachment

    Mix until fluffy
