Recipe Introduction

Use for making Danishes, Parker house rolls and cinnamon buns

List of Ingredients

4 3/4 oz sugar
1 oz milk powdr
1/2 oz salt
4 3/4 oz shortening
3 oz fresh yeast or 3 tbsp dry yeast
2 eggs
2 lb hard flour
4 oz pastry flour
2 cups warm water
1/4 tsp egg color (yolkaline)




Recipe

Combine all the ingredients and mix on speed one using a dough hook until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Allow to proof twice.
