    TOMATILLA SALSA OR SALSA VERDE

    List of Ingredients

    About 1 lb of tomatillas, husked and cut into 1/4's
    1 roasted Poblano pepper seeded and skinned
    1 bunch of green onions chopped
    1 cup cilantro ( optional)
    2 oz sugar
    2 oz lime juice
    1/4 tsp cumin
    2 cloves garlic

    Recipe

    Puree until smooth in a food processor
