- 2 LBS OF LARD
- 1 TBSP OF SALT
- 2 EGGS BEATEN
- 2 TBSP VINEGAR
Instructions
- CUT THE LARD INTO THE FLOUR AND SALT
- BEAT THE 2 EGGS IN A 16 OZ MEASURING CUP WITH THE VINEGAR
- FILL THE MEASURING CUP WITH COLD WATER AND ADD TO THE FLOUR AND LARD
- WORK ONTO IT IS SMOOTH AND PLIABLE
