- 1/2 CUP SOFT BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 1 1/2 CUPS MONARCH PASTRY FLOUR
- 1 CUP ( WELL DRAINED ) CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
- 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
- 3/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1 EGG WELL BEATEN
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 1 CUP DESSICATED COCONUT
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES
- CREAM THE BUTTER
- BLEND IN THE BROWN SUGAR
- ADD THE VANILLA AND THE FLOUR
- PAT EVENLY IN UNGREASED 9X9 PAN
- BAKE UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED ( 15 MIN )
- REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND SPREAD WITH THE PINEAPPLE
- COMBINE THE BUTTER, SUGAR, EGG, VANILLA AND COCONUT
- BAKE 30 MINUTES
- COOL IN THE PAN AND CUT IN SQUARES
