- 5 MEDIUM SIZE POTATOES PEELED
- 2 TBSP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
- 2 TBSP FLOUR
- 1 OR 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
- 1/2 LB SHREDDED CHEESE

Instructions
- DICE THE POTATOES INTO 1/2 INCH CUBES
- BOIL UNTIL FORK TENDER
- DRAIN AND PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH
- MELT THE BUTTER AND STIR IN THE FLOUR
- ADD THE MILK AND STIR GENTLY UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK
- STIR IN 1/2 LB OF CHEESE
- POUR OVER THE POTATOES AND BAKE IN A 375 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL THE SAUCE IS BUBBLY
- A CRUMB TOPPING MAY BE USED
