- 2/3 CUPS BUTTER
- 1 1/2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
- 2 EGGS
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 1 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR
- 3 1/2 CUPS AP FLOUR
- 1 TSP SODA
- 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
- 3 CUPS ICING SUGAR
- 2 TBSP BOILING WATER
Instructions
- BEAT THE SUGAR, BUTTER,EGGS,VANILLA AND VINEGAR TILL FUGGY
- SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO FIRST MIXTURE ALTERNATELY WITH MILK
- ADD THE NUTS
- IN A SEPARATE BOWL COMBINE THE 3 CUPS ICING SUGAR AND 2 TBSP WATER
- BEAT UNTIL THE ICING HOLDS IT'S SHAPE
- DROP BY THE SPOONFUL ON COOKIE SHEET AND ICE OVER WITH THE ICING
