    • 2/3 CUPS BUTTER
    • 1 1/2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
    • 2 EGGS
    • 1 TSP VANILLA
    • 1 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR
    • 3 1/2 CUPS AP FLOUR
    • 1 TSP SODA
    • 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
    • 1/2 TSP SALT
    • 1 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
    • 1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
    • 3 CUPS ICING SUGAR
    • 2 TBSP BOILING WATER


    Instructions


    1. BEAT THE SUGAR, BUTTER,EGGS,VANILLA AND VINEGAR TILL FUGGY
    2. SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO FIRST MIXTURE ALTERNATELY WITH MILK
    3. ADD THE NUTS
    4. IN A SEPARATE BOWL COMBINE THE 3 CUPS ICING SUGAR AND 2 TBSP WATER
    5. BEAT UNTIL THE ICING HOLDS IT'S SHAPE
    6. DROP BY THE SPOONFUL ON COOKIE SHEET AND ICE OVER WITH THE ICING
