    • 1 CUP SOFT MARGARINE
    • 3 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
    • 2 EGGS
    • 1 TSP VANILLA
    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
    • 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
    • 1/2 TSP SALT
    • 1 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
    • 2 CUPS OATMEAL


    Instructions


    1. CREAM TOGETHER THE MARGARINE AND BROWN SUGAR
    2. MIX IN EGGS AND VANILLA TILL FLUFFY
    3. ADD IN DRY INGREDIENTS
    4. DROP COOKIES BY THE TABLESPOON ONTO A GREASED COOKIE SHEET
    5. BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN AT 375 DEGREES
