- 30 MARSHMALLOWS CUT ( MINI RAINBOW)
- 1/2 CUP COCONUT
- 12 OZ CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 2/3 CUP ICING SUGAR
- 1 EGG
- CHOPPED WALNUTS (OPTIONAL) 1/2 CUP
Instructions
- MELT THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- ADD THE ICING SUGAR AND THE BEATEN EGG, ADD THE MARSHMALLOWS AND NUTS IF USING
- ROLL INTO A LONG ROLL WITH WAX PAPER AND SQUEEZE UNTIL FIRM.
- UNWRAP AND ROLL IN THE COCONUT
- RE WRAP IN WAX PAPER AND SARAN AND FREEZE
- WHEN READY TO SERVE, SLICE INTO ROUNDS
