    List of Ingredients


    • 30 MARSHMALLOWS CUT ( MINI RAINBOW)
    • 1/2 CUP COCONUT
    • 12 OZ CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 2/3 CUP ICING SUGAR
    • 1 EGG
    • CHOPPED WALNUTS (OPTIONAL) 1/2 CUP


    Instructions


    1. MELT THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    2. ADD THE ICING SUGAR AND THE BEATEN EGG, ADD THE MARSHMALLOWS AND NUTS IF USING
    3. ROLL INTO A LONG ROLL WITH WAX PAPER AND SQUEEZE UNTIL FIRM.
    4. UNWRAP AND ROLL IN THE COCONUT
    5. RE WRAP IN WAX PAPER AND SARAN AND FREEZE
    6. WHEN READY TO SERVE, SLICE INTO ROUNDS
