    • 2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKERS
    • 1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
    • 4 CUPS ICING SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
    • 2 SMALL EGGS
    • 1- 20 OZ CAN PINEAPPLE
    • 1/2 PT CREAM
    • 3 TBSP ICING SUGAR
    • 1 TSP VANILLA


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS AND THE 1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
    2. PRESS DOWN 1/2 OF THE MIXTURE IN A 9X9 PAN
    3. MIX TOGETHER THE 4 CUPS ICING SUGAR, 1/2 CUP SOFT BUTTER UNTIL CREAMY
    4. BEAT IN 2 SMALL EGGS
    5. SPREAD OVER THE CRUMBS
    6. DRAIN THE PINEAPPLE AND SPREAD OVER THE BATTER
    7. WHIP UNTIL STIFF THE 1/2 PINT OF CREAM.
    8. ADD THE 3 TBSP ICING SUGAR AND THE VANILLA
    9. SPREAD OVER THE PINEAPPLE
    10. TOP WITH THE REMAINING GRAHAM CRUMB MIXTURE AND PLASTIC WRAP
    11. CHILL OVERNIGHT
