2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 lbs Philadelphia cream cheese
3 cups sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
8 xtra lg eggs
1 cup strawberries pureedRecipe
Combine the cracker crumbs with the sugar and mix with the butter. Press out into 2 8 inch spring form pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cream together the cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time. Fold in the strawberry puree and pour into the springform pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until a pick inserted comes out clean
