    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 TSP SALT
    • 1/2 TSP PEPPER
    • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
    • 2 1/2 ROUND STEAK 1 INCH THICK
    • 3 TBSP FAT
    • 1/2 ONION
    • 1 GREEN PEPPER
    • 1 1/2 CUP WATER
    • 1/2 CAN TOMATO CATSUP


    Instructions


    1. POUND SALT, PEPPER AND FLOUR INTO THE MEAT
    2. CHOP THE ONIONS AND PEPPERS FINELY
    3. BROWN THE MEAT IN FAT AND ADD THE ONION PEPPERS AND CATSUP.
    4. COVER AND SIMMER FOR 1 1/2 HOURS.
