- 3/4 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 2 1/2 ROUND STEAK 1 INCH THICK
- 3 TBSP FAT
- 1/2 ONION
- 1 GREEN PEPPER
- 1 1/2 CUP WATER
- 1/2 CAN TOMATO CATSUP
Instructions
- POUND SALT, PEPPER AND FLOUR INTO THE MEAT
- CHOP THE ONIONS AND PEPPERS FINELY
- BROWN THE MEAT IN FAT AND ADD THE ONION PEPPERS AND CATSUP.
- COVER AND SIMMER FOR 1 1/2 HOURS.
