    • 2 QT LARGE CUCUMBERS
    • 2 QT ONIONS
    • 1 HEAD CELERY
    • 1 HEAD CAULIFLOWER
    • 3 RED PEPPERS
    • 3 GREEN PEPPERS
    • 5 CUPS WHITE VINEGAR
    • 6 CUPS SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP MUSTARD
    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 1 TSP TURMERIC
    • 2 TBSP CELERY SEED


    Instructions


    1. MAKE A SAUCE OF THE VINEGAR, SUGAR, MUSTARD FLOUR, TURMERIC AND CELERY SEED
    2. CHOP THE VEGETABLES BY HAND AND COVER WITH COARSE SALT FOR 4 HOURS
    3. DRAIN AND ADD TO THE SAUCE.
    4. COOK FOR 20 MINUTES JUST SIMMERING
    5. COOK UNTIL THICK
