List of Ingredients
- 12 SEEDED LARGE CUCUMBERS
- 6 LARGE RED ONIONS
- 4 SWEET GREEN PEPPERS
- SALT ( ABOUT 3/4 CUP
- 3 BUNCHES OF CELERY
- 4 CUPS WHITE VINEGAR
- 1 1/2 TSP CELERY SEED
- 1 1/2 TSP MUSTARD SEED
- 2 1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR
Instructions
- SEED THE CUCUMBERS, AND PEPPERS AND PEEL THE RED ONIONS AND PUT THROUGH COARSE FOOD CHOPPER
- ADD THE SALT AND LET STAND OVER NIGHT
- THE NEXT MORNING DRAIN AND ADD THE CELERY CHOPPED BY HAND AND ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS
- BOIL FOR 45 MINUTES AND SEAL IN JARS.
