List of Ingredients
- 3 QTS TOMATOES (40-50)
- 4-5 SWEET PEPPERS
- 2 HOT PEPPERS
- 1 BUNCH CELERY
- 8-9 ONIONS
- 4 CUPS WHITE VINEGAR
- 2 TBSP SALT
- 3 TSP CELERY SEED
- 4 CUPS SUGAR
- 2 TSP CHILI POWDER
- PICKLING SPICES IN A BAG
- 1/2 TSP CHILI SEED ( IF PREFERED)
Instructions
- CHOP UP THE TOMATOES, SWEET PEPPERS HOT PEPPERS CELERY AND ONIONS
- ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COOK IN A HEAVY BOTTOM POT ABOUT AN HOUR.
- FINISH IT OFF IN A BLENDER
