    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CAN JULIENNE STYLE BEETS ( OR SLIVER YOUR OWN)
    • 1 SMALL CAN PINEAPPLE
    • JUICE OF 1 LEMON
    • 1/4 CUP WATER
    • 1/4 CUP VINEGAR
    • 1 TBSP SUGAR
    • 1 PKG OF RASPBERRY JELLO
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS ( OPTIONAL)


    Instructions


    1. DRAIN THE LIQUID FROM THE BEETS AND PINEAPPLE.
    2. HEAT THE DRAINED LIQUID WITH THE WATER, VINEGAR AND SUGAR
    3. DISSOLVE JELLO IN HOT LIQUID
    4. LET STAND UNTIL SYRUPY
    5. STIR IN BEETS, PINEAPPLE AND NUTS
    6. COLOR A LITTLE MIRACLE WHIP WITH BEET JUICE FOR THOSE WHO WANT DRESSING
    7. MAY BE SERVED WITH YOGURT FOR DRESSING AS WELL
