List of Ingredients
- 1 CAN JULIENNE STYLE BEETS ( OR SLIVER YOUR OWN)
- 1 SMALL CAN PINEAPPLE
- JUICE OF 1 LEMON
- 1/4 CUP WATER
- 1/4 CUP VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP SUGAR
- 1 PKG OF RASPBERRY JELLO
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS ( OPTIONAL)
Instructions
- DRAIN THE LIQUID FROM THE BEETS AND PINEAPPLE.
- HEAT THE DRAINED LIQUID WITH THE WATER, VINEGAR AND SUGAR
- DISSOLVE JELLO IN HOT LIQUID
- LET STAND UNTIL SYRUPY
- STIR IN BEETS, PINEAPPLE AND NUTS
- COLOR A LITTLE MIRACLE WHIP WITH BEET JUICE FOR THOSE WHO WANT DRESSING
- MAY BE SERVED WITH YOGURT FOR DRESSING AS WELL
