    List of Ingredients




    1 ounce blue cheese, softened
    4 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut into small chunks and softened
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 medium onion, minced
    Dash Worcestershire sauce
    Dash hot pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp sherry
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    Paprika

    Recipe



    Mix together all ingredients except nuts and paprika. Form into ball. Roll in chopped pecans and sprinkle with paprika. This is better if made a day ahead. If frozen, set out at room temperature until thawed.

    Serve on your favorite crackers.
