    List of Ingredients




    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup ( 1/2 stick) butter, softened
    1/3 cup sour cream

    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon fresh chives or minced onion
    1 tablespoon parsley
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    With an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, butter and sour cream until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add garlic, chives, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well. Cover and chill for 6 hours. Let cheese come to room temperature before serving. Serve with crackers, crusty bread or raw vegetables.
