    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 8-ounce container sour cream
    2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    2 eggs
    1 2-ounce jar pimientos, drained

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 10-inch springform pan with non-stick vegetable spray; sprinkle with breadcrumbs. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, taco seasoning, and eggs; beat until smooth.  Fold in pimientos.  Pour into prepared springform pan. Bake for 30 minutes.  Cool in pan on a wire rack.  Remove from pan and place on a serving plate.  Serve with crackers. Serves 10
