List of Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced
4 anchovy fillets, minced
6 tablespoons butter, softened
10 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces feta cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chives or green onion, chopped
few drops Tabasco sauce
1 pinch pepper


Recipe

Combine all ingredients in food processor until very smooth and creamy. Spread on crackers, bread or bagels. Also terrific in sandwiches. Makes 2 cups.
